I thought this article is very interesting because North Korea has used some nuclear weapons and have only warned the US at an imminent time before using them. “As seismologists confirmed it had had the power of a 4.5 quake, the US president said North Korea’s programme posed a “grave threat” to world peace.” That lign to me means a lot.
